Its basic design allows to match the various elements in harmony. The moulded aluminium back gives it a sober elegance that fits well for the furnishing of terraces, patios, pool areas but also of indoor areas. The Coral Reef Outdoor Chaise Lounge is made to order in Italy. Lead time is 10 to 12 weeks from time of order to pick up for shipping. A more specific lead time will be given within 2 business days of order. Shipping is generally about 2 weeks. White glove delivery is included. Warranty

Warranty is valid for the period of 12 months from the date of delivery as per art. 1495 / Italian Civil Code, unless different written agreements. Proof of purchase is our first original invoice. Photos or inspections of claimed parts may be required. ROBERTI RATTAN SRL guarantees that the furniture have been produced using high quality materials with an appropriate technology and declines any liability for claims and damages occurred to persons and/or properties due to misuse of the product in the following cases for example:

• failure caused by lack of care and/or maintenance

• usual light colour fading of fabrics and woven parts

• flattening or compression on cushions

• breakage of glass tops

• all kind of damages caused by natural events

• failure due to misuse not corresponding to above safety instructions and/or lack of care.

Shipping

Roberti’s items are made to order and built in Italy. Please allow 2-3 days for the order to be processed and 6-12 weeks for the order to ship.

Refund

Since made-to-order products require their parts to be sourced and assembled we can only provide a 24-48 hour order cancelation grace period. If this time elapses we will no longer be available to process a cancelation or refund.
