Shipping

Most Alexandra items are made-to-order, otherwise they are available for quickship when indicated. Made to order items get built in Spain and ship after 6-12 weeks. For quickship items allow 1-2 weeks for it to ship.

Refund

Since made-to-order products require their parts to be sourced and assembled we can only provide a 24-48 hour order cancelation grace period. If this time elapses we will no longer be available to process a cancelation or refund.
