Orders shipping within the contiguous USA typically have a processing time of 1-2 business days if the merchandise is in stock. Standard Ground shipments are usually received within 5-9 business days** from the time an order has been placed.
In the case of made to order, customized, pre-orders or backordered items, they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together.

If your selection does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding delivery and return shipping charges***, if you return is received by our team within 30 days of delivery.**** If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, it’s our pleasure to offer an exchange for an item of equal value (subject to availability) or store credit.

Gift cards, customized products, made to order items, reduced price/sale items and Sempli Select products are not eligible for returns.
Returns received by Sempli without an RMA number cannot be processed and no refund can be given.
