While pouring, the wine falls on top of the peak and aerates in a beautiful cascade down the mountain. In the case of made to order, customized, pre-orders or backordered items, they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not be shipped together.

Refund

If your selection does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding delivery and return shipping charges***, if you return is received by our team within 30 days of delivery.**** If you would like to return an item you received as a gift, it’s our pleasure to offer an exchange for an item of equal value (subject to availability) or store credit.

Returns received by Sempli without an RMA number cannot be processed and no refund can be given.

We will only cover or refund original shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective (Cracks, chipped edges, torn fabric or broken parts). As Sempli glassware is handblown, small bubbles or optical variation are a natural part of the handblown process are are not considered defects.
