Our Navajo series is made from a rich brown stone called Emperador marble. Imagine milk and dark chocolate with espresso grounds and splashes of crème brule and you have Emperador marble. Warranty

Mobital warrants all fabrics, finishes, and other parts to the consumer 12 months from the date of purchase from the retailer, to be free from manufacturer defects only. Under this limited warranty, Mobital’s liability is restricted to repair, or at its discretion, replace a part during the warranty period. Mobital retains the option to provide a replacement part to correct any manufacturer defect. If repair can rectify the problem, then Mobital may authorize a repair approval if the rates are reasonable. If neither a replacement part nor repair can remedy the problem then Mobital may replace the item if necessary.

This warranty applies to normal household usage & regular wear by the original owner. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from negligent misuse, inadequate maintenance, cuts, burns, freight handling damage, exposure to pets, improper cleaning, or commercial use (unless specified on invoice by Mobital). The limited warranty does not include coverage on any damage to the failure of the finish resulting from alcohol or water damage, exposure to sunlight, household humidity, or incorrect application of after market chemical or protective treatments.

Shipping

Mobital items are in-stock and ship from Canada. Please allow 2-3 days to confirm your order and 5-7 days for the order to ship.

These items ship and arrive on their pallet and require assembly.

Refund

Cancellation

No order cancellation is accepted after order is shipped. Any order cancellation request has to be received to the Company’s office minimum 24 hours before the merchandise is scheduled to ship. Otherwise a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.
